Andhra Pradesh CM Jagan Reddy on Thursday paid tribute to the chairman of Sri Vijaya Visakha Milk Producers Company Limited (Visakha Dairy) in Yalamanchili.

View In AppThe Visakha Dairy Chairman, Adari Tulasi Rao, 85, passed away on Wednesday evening while undergoing treatment for health ailments in a private hospital in Hyderabad.
Adari Tulasi Rao is survived by his wife, two sons, and a daughter. His youngest son Adari Anand Kumar is YSRCP in charge of the Visakha West Assembly Constituency.
Tulasi Rao was elected for the first time as chairman of the dairy on August 29, 1986. Since then, he has been elected chairman. He is the first person to serve as Dairy Chairman for 37 years.
Tulasi Rao established several welfare programs for farmers, such as the Milk Producers' Employees' Education, Health, and Medical Welfare Trust, a Multi-Speciality Hospital, a School, a Junior College, and a Nursing College.
