''Odd-even is not a solution to pollution'', watch with Sumit Awasthi
In a bid to tackle air pollution, the odd-even scheme will be reintroduced in Delhi from November 4 to 15, announced chief minister Arvind Kejriwal on Friday. The scheme is a part of a seven-point action plan to combat air pollution. Under the odd-even scheme, vehicles having number plates ending in an odd number and even number are permitted to ply on alternate days.
Delhi is one of the most polluted cities in the world.
