In order to woo customers, restaurants across the world are experimenting with different ideas. From giving their restaurant a super fine ambience to building it in the middle of a river, owners are trying all sorts of ideas to draw customers. In one such unique experiment, a condom-themed cafe has opened in Thailand.
The video of the cafe that aims at promoting safe sex has taken social media by storm.
Posted on Instagram, the video opens to to show dresses of statues, beard of Santa Claus, a Christmas tree, hanging lamps and flowers made up entirely of condoms. It also shows a condom-themed handicraft store inside the cafe premises that sells unique products carved with condoms.
The video was shared by Instagram user @kolkatadelites with the caption, "It is undoubtedly one of the quirkiest cafes in the world. The decor is colourful and it exudes a pleasant energy. It reminds its guests about the importance of condoms and birth control. The interior comprises posters and visuals that employ jokes and lighthearted quotes to create awareness on topics like saxx, family planning and more. Ask about the best part, the cafe also gives free condoms to its guests after their meals. AIMS to promote safe saxxx!"
According to the post, the unique condom-themed cafe named Condoms and Cabbages is located in Bangkok.
Since being posted, the video has garnered 257,191 likes and several comments.
One of the user on seeing the clip wrote, "Literally condoms recycling at flower. That's great."
"Itna bhi unique nhi bnana tha cafe ko," another wrote jokingly.
A third wrote, "Or idea bhi great hai. Condom cafe." While a fourth wrote "Ab lagta he kuchh fark padega."
