New Delhi: The hypothetical concept of multiverse has more often than not intrigued Marvel fans. Earlier this week, life seemingly imitated this art in the United States when a Florida man, arrested for walking down the streets without any clothes, claimed he belongs to a “different earth”.
According to a report by CBS 12, the 44-year-old man was arrested after he was caught walking down the street naked in Florida’s Palm Beach on March 8.
A local informed the police when he spotted the man on the street walking without any clothes around 9pm (local time) on Wednesday. As the police reached the spot and on questioning, he said he did not know where he had left his clothes and refused to share any whereabout. He even said that he did not have any social security number of have any identity card from the state.

He was brough to the Palm Beach Police station where he was later identified as Jason Smith. As per the arrest report, Smith told the police that he is from “a different earth”. However, later on interrogation, Smith said he lived in West Palm Beach in Florida.
Police booked him on charges of three criminal offences, including indecent exposure, disorderly conduct, and resisting an officer without using violence.

In a similar incident last year, man was arrested in Florida after he was found taking a bath at a house he broke into after partying, according to a report by NBC Miami.
He was found naked in the bathtub on Christmas Day. After he was arrested, the man, identified as Levi Sholing, told the police that he thought it was the Airbnb he was staying at.
