Beirut: A 29-year-old Lebanese bride Israa Seblani, who was busy capturing one of the most awaited days of her life, was left shattered after the powerful explosion rocked the city leaving 135 dead. The wedding video that captured the Lebanese bride posing at the time of explosion has now gone viral showing the veracity of the explosion. The bride, who works in the United States as a doctor, spotted many injured nearby and helped them before leaving the spot. As per the Reuters report, the couple is still trying to make sense of the episode that struck at the time of the wedding. Israa Seblani and husband Ahmad Subeih, a businessman in Beirut were gearing up for the wedding for almost two weeks.

She was scared as to what happened and if she is going to die? How am I going to die?", she said. Seblani is disturbed about so many people dying and what happened to Lebanon.

"When I woke up and saw the damage that happened to Beirut, the one thing I said was thank God we are still alive."

Even though the couple after the blast tried to resume the wedding and followed with their celebrations.

The video shows piles of broken glasses from the damaged windows of the hotel where the video was captured. Seblani reached the capital city three weeks earlier to prepare for her wedding.

The video was shared on Twitter by many users and went viral instantly. A journalist named Azad Essa shared the clip from his handle.


Subeih was also completely shocked and said the moment of devastation and the sound of the explosion was not describable. “We are still in shock ... I have never heard anything similar to the sound of this explosion,” he added,
