New Delhi: In his first response after the Iran attacks at US military bases stationed in Iraq, US President Donald Trump has said that all is well with US, even as he confirmed the launch of missiles at two military bases.

“All is well! Missiles launched from Iran at two military bases located in Iraq. Assessment of casualties & damages taking place now. So far, so good!,” he tweeted.

In an underlying warning to Iran, he asserted that US has the most powerful and well-equipped military anywhere in the world, by far.

“We have the most powerful and well-equipped military anywhere in the world, by far! I will be making a statement tomorrow morning,” he said.

Days after Washington assassinated Iranian general Qassem Soleimani, Iran on Wednesday launched over a dozen ballistic missiles targeting at least two bases where US military and coalition forces' are stationed in Iraq.


Meanwhile, Iran has also warned the US and its allies against any retaliatory action. Iran’s Revolutionary Guard issued the warning via a statement carried by Iran’s state-run IRNA news agency.

We are warning all American allies, who gave their bases to its terrorist army, that any territory that is the starting point of aggressive acts against Iran will be targeted, The Guard said. It also threatened Israel.

US Civil Flights Banned Over Gulf, Iraq, Iran: Regulator

US civil flights have been banned over Gulf, Iraq and Iran, US aviation regulators announced, in the wake of the attacks by Iran on the US military bases stationed in Iraq.

As per reports, the regulators have restricted flights over Iraq, Iran, the Persian Gulf and the Gulf of Oman.
