After Imran Khan effectively lost the majority in Parliament on Wednesday when a key partner of the ruling coalition joined the ranks of the Opposition, his ex-wife Reham Khan spoke exclusively with ABP News.
As a final attempt to save his government, Khan waved a purported letter at a public rally on March 27 declaring that a foreign conspiracy was afoot to remove him from power. Taking a dig at this waving of the letter, Reham Khan said that Imran Khan is "trying hard" to be like former Pakistan PM, Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, in an unsuccessful manner.
"He is no Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, but he is trying hard to be like him. Even the country understands that he is nowhere near Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto," Reham Khan told ABP News.

She went on to speak about how the Pakistani people "misundrestood" Khan and that India was responsible for making the Pakistan PM a star.
"I feel, India knows Imran Khan better than I do. I feel, India is more responsible for making Imran Khan a star," she said. "My Marriage with him did not work. I only took a few months to understand him, but the people of Pakistan took four years. I don't know how they tolerated him for so long," she added.
She kept criticising Khan as he did not step aside even after falling in minority. "Even you know how graceful he can be. He could have opted for a graceful exit. He could have silently moved away, had he wanted."
"Eventually, I feel there's no need for me to write a book about him as Imran (Khan's) own bad press is enough for that," she added.
"He is an ungrateful person and forgets the good deeds that people have done to him," Reham Khan said.
She also said that Imran Khan is fond of making movies and must try his luck in that field. "He can't play cricket anymore, but I hope that he does some stand-up comedy or Bollywood film with India's help," she concluded.
