New Delhi: Harry Potter author JK Rowling undoubtedly enjoys a massive fandom in India. There is no dearth of potter-heads in the country who crazily admire the creator of the magical world of Hogwarts.


One such fan of the author is little Kulsum a resident of Jammu and Kashmir, who has managed to catch the attention of writer.

She penned down a little note with many grammatical errors describing why Rowling is her favourite author.

As per the reports, Kulsum is a 12-year-old student of Haji Public School.

She wrote in the letter that she was inspired by JK Rowling because she never gave up to difficulties.

She wrote “May Allah bless JK Rowling and give her a long life so that when I grow up I get to meet her.”

A Twitter user who claims in her bio that she is the director of Haji Public School, tweeted to JK Rowling saying: “Dear @jk_rowling. Kulsum, 12, a first generation English learner from the Himalayas would like to meet you someday. So come visit us at #HajiPublicSchool.”

The tweet caught the attention of the writer and she responded warmly to it.

She not only acknowledged the girl, but also asked her full name for gifting her something special.

 

Now that indeed is a great gesture by the author. We would looking forward to what she sends for her little fan.
