Concert goers in Colorado’s iconic Red Rocks to attend Louis Tomlinson's concert were met with nature’s fury on Wednesday night as golf-ball sized hail injured nearly hundred of them, as per the officials. Seven people were rushed to hospital with non-life threatening injuries and another 80-90 attendees were treated on the scene, reported New York Post quoting West Metro Fire Rescue. Several videos shared by users on social media show people frantically running as huge sized hail pelted on them.

The injured suffered bone fractures and lacerations, said the rescue service as per the report.

“Tonight was the scariest night of my life,” an attendee, Nicole, wrote on Twitter.

“It started pelting people with hail at Red Rocks and my sister and I luckily found shelter under a sign. I am bleeding and have bumps on my head from the hail.”

Many attendees tried to protect their heads with jackets, bags, and other items as people screamed out in pain. Several cars were also damaged by the hail peltings.

The major storm initially caused the concert by former One Direction band members to be delayed and then organisers ultimately postponed the show to a later date.
