The message says that one Megha Shah had cancer. The size of the tumour started reducing with turmeric. The message said she used 10 gram turmeric in her food for 10 weeks. Her health has improved considerably. The message said she didn’t even need chemotherapy to get well. Here is the reality of the message.
When we talked to Dr Atul Gogia of Sir Gangaram hospital, he said turmeric had a number of health benefits. However, it has not been scientifically proven that it can end cancer.
He said though it was seen that turmeric had great healing powers, its effect on cancer is not known yet.
He said no cancer patient should eat turmeric without doctor’s prescription.
