New Delhi: Vice President and chairman of Rajya Sabha Venkaiah Naidu on Thursday will host a farewell dinner for colleagues at his residence where MPs will showcase their cultural talents.
Meanwhile, mementos will be introduced to every one of the 72 retiring individuals and another 19 retired before who couldn't get the mementos.
At the dinner, Trinamool Congress pioneer Santanu Sen will play the Guitar, Trinamool Congress' Dola Sen will introduce Rabindra Sangeet, Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam leader Tiruchi Siva will deliver a Tamil song, Bharatiya Janata Party's Roopa Ganguly, a Hindi song and another BJP leader Ramachandra Jhangra will introduce a patriotic song, Nationalist Congress Party leader Vandana Chavan will sing a Hindi song. These performances will be trailed by a chorus song.

The members of the House will showcase their cultural talents after 20 years at such an occasion, said Senior officials of the Rajya Sabha Secretariat.
Naidu, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Leader of the House, Leader of the Opposition, Leaders of various parties and a few of the retiring members will speak in the House at the event tomorrow.
Naidu today declared in the House that Zero Hour and Question Hour won't be taken up in the House tomorrow in order to enable the leaders and Members to speak on the event.
