New Delhi: For the first time, the Uttar Pradesh police used Bulldozer to help a woman who was thrown out by her husband allegedly over dowry. The incident took place in the Bijnor district where a woman identified as Nutan Malik get back into her husband's house after Allahabad High Court ordered the city police to help her. A police team reached outside the house of Robin and warned them that not complying with the order could lead to action, as reported by the news agency PTI.






"Koi fayda nahi (no point). We request you amma, please open the door. This is the high court's order," an officer is heard saying on the loudspeaker.


On June 23, 2019, the father of the victim Nutan had filed a case against her husband Robin in the police station Haldaur under the relevant sections. After that the in-laws of Nutan had thrown her out of the house.


After that the father of the victim woman had complained of domestic violence to get justice for his daughter. After fighting a long battle in the Allahabad High Court, the Court ordered Nutan to go to her in-laws' house and provided security to the woman, the DM and SP of Bijnor, then a group of officers reached her in-laws with the victim Nutan.


When the in-laws did not open the door of the house despite all the efforts of the police officers, the officers called for a bulldozer, upon seeing the bulldozer, the in-laws were blown away and opened the door of the house and gave entry to the victim woman.
