New Delhi: A couple in Rajasthan tied the knot in full PPE gear after the bride tested positive for Covid 19. According to reports the couple who hail from Bara, Shahbad got married at the Kelwara Covid Centre after the bride's Covid-19 report came out to be positive.

Reports say that the woman had complained of being down with fever for a few days. She got her Coronavirus results two days before marriage. The family did not cancel the wedding but allowed the couple to tie the knot inside the Coronavirus centre. The wedding took place in presence of parents and a priest and all of them were seen wearing PPE kits.

Although the couple had a traditional marriage with a proper havan Kund and wedding attire, they followed all government regulations. The video has also become a hit with netizens.

At present India has recorded 96,77,203 confirmed Covid- 19 cases. There has been including 1,40,573 deaths and a total of 91.39 lakh people have recovered. The latest data from the Health Ministry shows that there are around 3.96 lakh active cases in the country.
