New Delhi: Porsche India has launched limited edition of the Cayenne dubbed — the Platinum Edition. Available in both diesel and petrol avatars — the Cayenne Platinum Edition petrol costs Rs 1.06 crore, while the diesel is priced at Rs 1.08 crore (all ex-showroom Maharashtra). There are no mechanical changes with these limited run Platinum Edition. The new edition is now available for order, with deliveries set to commence from August 2016.



Commenting on the introduction of the latest Cayenne edition, Pavan Shetty, director Porsche India, said, “The Cayenne Platinum Edition is a thrilling four-door sports car with purposefully selected materials for an even greater sense of style. The comprehensive range of standard equipment and eye-catching details makes this premium model a truly attractive offering for our enthusiasts.”



The Platinum Edition includes elements such as 20-inch RS Spyder design alloys, black high-gloss exterior package and others. Besides the standard colour options, the Platinum Edition comes with the choice of an additional colour — Purpurite Metallic. The wheel arch claddings will be available in the same colour as that of the exterior.



Inside, the special edition features eight-way power adjustable leather sport seats, Alcantara centre panels, the Porsche crest on all headrests and Platinum Edition engraved door sills. It also has the current-gen Porsche Communication Management (PCM) system with a seven-inch touchscreen, navigation, Apple CarPlay and Siri voice support. The sound is pumped by a Bose surround sound system.
