BJP Mahila Morcha Uttar Pradesh President Madhu Mishra has stoked a controversy by saying that the ones ruling the state used to once polish boots. “Making use of the constitution, remember these people who are ruling over you used to once polish your boots. This happened because we were divided,” Madhu said at a public meeting in Aligarh.
