Pakistan violates ceasefire along LoC in J-K's Poonch sector

Pakistan Army violated the ceasefire along the Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch region on Wednesday. The Indian troops retaliated to the ceasefire violation.

Jammu: Pakistan Army violated the ceasefire along the Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch region on Wednesday. The Indian troops retaliated to the ceasefire violation. "Pakistani firing began early this morning in Khari Karmara area of the LoC. Indian positions retaliated strongly. No casualty or damage was reported on our side," an informed source said, reported IANS.
On Tuesday also, Pakistan violated ceasefire in Khari Karmara area of Poonch district. In 2018, on the LoC and the International Border (IB), there has been a massive surge in the ceasefire violations with over 1,400 incidents by Pakistan in the state.
