New Delhi: An angry mob torched the village head’s house and poultry farm in Bihar’s Chapra allegedly after a youth was murdered in the town. An FIR was registered and three people were arrested for arson, Additional Director General of Police, JS Gangwar, reported news agency ANI.
Meanwhile, three people were arrested in the murder case, Gangwar added.
“Murder case registered and three accused arrested. In the case of arson, an FIR was registered and three other people were arrested. People who posted objectionable messages on social media being identified and action being taken. Situation peaceful,” the ADG told the news agency.
