Maruti continues to dominate the segment with as many as three offerings in the form of the Wagon R, the Celerio and the Ignis. The other cars in the segment are the Tata Tiago, the Hyundai Santro and the Datsun GO.

Datsun GO: Datsun could manage to sell only 205 units of the GO, making it the least popular compact hatchback here. However, the GO is the only model to witness a positive growth when comparing the month-on-month figures.
