According to an order, a copy of which lies with ABP News, the Board of School Education prematurely retired it’s one of the employee who has already completed 27 years of service on October-14-2020.

The order issued by BOSE chairman Veena Pandita reads, "In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 226 (2) of the Jammu and Kashmir civil service regulation, the chairman of BOSE hereby gives a notice to one of the employees’ orderly that he having already completed 27 years’ service on October-14-2020 shall retire from service with immediate effect forenoon of December-01.”

Pandita said that the retired employee is allowed three months’ pay and allowances in lieu of three months’ notice.

As per the new rules, the employees which are retired forcibly cannot seek legal help from courts as the orders can be challenged only with Bureaucratic appellate authority, which in case of J&K is the chief secretary.
