New Delhi: Delhi Chief Arvind Kejriwal-led Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Government has drawn immense flak on micro-blogging platform Twitter following a video widely shared on social media which throws light on the distressing water crisis in the national capital.

A large group of women can be seen waiting with water vessels on the footpath at Vivekanand camp in South Delhi’s Chanakyapuri area in the video shared by news agency ANI and immediately as the New Delhi Municipal Corporation (NDMC) water tanker arrives, a few of them climb atop the running water tanker in order to ensure they get water.

Several people on the social media also criticized the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) at the Centre alleging the NMDC falls under its jurisdiction.

“This is NDMC, which comes under bjp govt. please mention that,” posted one named Ranjeet on Twitter.

“Shame on BJP…If u can't run NDMC, handover to someone who can,” wrote another.
