According to reports, on Monday, the incident happened earlier this month on May 5, when Mirza Ibrahim (22) was celebrating his birthday and shot off celebratory rounds.
Mirza was reported to be MBA student. The video suggests that he fired around 12 shots from his revolver.
The accused was initially on the run, but was later nabbed by the police.
As per reports, a case is registered against him under the Arms Act.
Interestingly, in August last year, in Hyderabad, an Army man was arrested for allegedly opening fire in the air at Machabollaram market.
The man, reportedly, consumed alcohol while celebrating his son's first birthday at a hall in the city on August 11.
After getting drunk, he fired four rounds in the air with his licensed pistol.
