Arrest or surrender?

He also demanded the call details record of Vikas to be revealed so that his underground links can be exposed.

“It is reported that the main culprit of the Kanpur case, is in police custody. If this is true then the government should clear whether it is surrender or arrest. Also make the CDR of his mobile public so that true collusion can be busted,” Akhilesh tweeted.

Vikas Dubey was carrying a bounty of Rs 5 lakh on his name.
