Photos and videos of this mountainous state are going viral, where people can be seen violating the COVID-19 safety norms. One such video from Dharamshala shows a small child scolding people for not wearing face masks.
The caption of this video shared on Instagram reads: 'This child was seen in the streets of Dharamshala, asking people to wear masks. This boy doesn't even have shoes to wear. Look at the smirks on the faces of these people. Who is educated and who is uneducated here?
The video shows a little boy with a stick in his hand and a mask on his face. "Where is your mask?" the child asks whenever someone passes by without wearing a mask. He is seen questioning people by pointing his stick at them. The sad thing is that people are simply ignoring the child.
