New Delhi: President Ram Nath Kovind and Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Pathri Mata temple at Paraunkh village in Kanpur on June 3. Paraunkh is the familial town of the president. They will likewise visit Dr. B R Ambedkar Bhawan around 2 pm, which will be trailed by a visit to Milan Kendra (public venue) at 2:15 pm, as per a press explanation given by the central government on Wednesday.


Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reached the venue to take stock of the preparations for the arrival of the President and Prime Minister at Paraunkh village. He stayed for 95 minutes and visited every place the President has to visit. He also visited the meeting place and held a review meeting with the officials regarding the preparations.


The Kendra is the president's hereditary house that has been given for public use, the statement said.


The team will likewise go to a public capacity at Paraunkh town at 2.30 pm.

As per an assertion given on Thursday by the Rashtrapati Bhavan, Kovind will be in Uttar Pradesh from June 3 to 6.


On June 4, he will address the 90th year festivities of the Merchants Chamber of Uttar Pradesh in Kanpur.


Around the same time, he will likewise grace the centenary celebrations of Gita Press at Gorakhpur, the assertion said.


The president will visit Maghar on June 5 where he will pay accolades for Sant Kabir Das and initiate the Santkabir Academy and Research Center and Swadesh Darshan Yojana.


On June 6, the president will address the unique joint meeting of Uttar Pradesh Vidhan Mandal, it added.
