New Delhi: The Uttar Pradesh Investors' Summit 2018 commenced on Wednesday. Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the event in the presence of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

Big names like Reliance, Tata, Adani and Birla are taking part in the Summit which aims to take the state forward.

It may be recalled that Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in December 2017 had said the state has considerably became investor-friendly from the time BJP came into power.

Adityanath had also called on the investors to take part in the investor summit being organised in the state in the month of February.
