New Delhi: Tina Dabi, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) topper from 2015 batch, is set to marry a senior Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer, Pradeep Gawande, in Jaipur on Wednesday, April 20, as reported by Amar Ujala. 


As per multiple media reports, the marriage that will take place at a 5-star hotel in Jaipur is set to be a private affair. The reception will be held on April 22, 2022. Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, some senior officers, and other eminent personalities are said to have been invited to the wedding.

Pradeep Gawande, a 2013-batch IAS officer, is currently Director, Department of Archaeology and Museum, Rajasthan, while Tina Dabi is currently serving as joint secretary in the finance department of Rajasthan.


Notably, both Tina and Pradeep appear to have deactivated their social media accounts. 


Dabi and Gawande met in August 2021 at work during the Covid-19 pandemic. Dabi shared the news of her engagement on social media last month. “I am wearing the smile you (PradeepGawande) gave me, fiance,” Dabi wrote on Instagram.


Tina Dabi was previously married to Athar Aamir Ul Shafi Khan, an IAS officer from Kashmir, who was the second rank holder from her batch. Both got married in April 2018 in Kashmir's Pahalgam, and the wedding reception in Delhi was attended by Vice President Venkaiah Naidu, Union ministers and then Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan, among others.


However, the two announced their separation in November 2020. Their divorce was finalised in August 2021 after an order passed by a Jaipur court.
