It is basically a type of container specially designed from a material that can stand the test of time. In this case a copperplate will be inserted inside this capsule where the history of the Ram temple along with a map of the temple will be inscribed in Hindi and Sanskrit.

In Hindi, it is known as 'Kaal Patra' in Hindi. Those who remained associated with the Ram temple movement believe the long-drawn battle over the history of Ram Janmabhoomi went through sessions court to Supreme Court to finally arrive at a solution. The time capsule will ensure that such a situation does not arise in the future".

Globally, this type of installation is quite common but it will be a second such installation in the country after 1973.

Kameshwar Chaupal, a member of the Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, the time capsule will contain the history of the temple and work as a testimony that the land belongs to Ram temple for the future.
