Kolkata: Only hours after two Bharatiya Janta Party workers were murdered in West Bengal, another party worker’s killing has shaken the state. The BJP workers are not blaming Mamata’s Trinamool Congress for the incident, which took place in Kankinara region of 24 Paragana.

Before this, another party worker who had quit TMC to join Bharatiya Janta Party was shot dead in Nadia on May 24.

BJP workers stage protest:

The BJP worker who was murdered in 24 Paragana was only 25-year-old. The    onus of the killing has been levied on TMC leaders, therefore BJP workers were seen staging a protest at 24 Paragana after the bone-chilling murder of their party worker. They also sought an arrest of those behind murder.

Even earlier the BJP workers had suspected the hand of TMC leaders behind the murders of other two workers who killed within 3 days.

Incidents of murders of BJP workers have become very common in West Bengal since last year. Soon after the results of Lok Sabha elections were out, a similar incident was reported from Wet Bengal, where BJP workers were thrashed by their TMC counterparts.

It is to be noted that after a massive victory of Bharatiya Janta Party in the general elections, party Chief Amit Shah dedicated party win to the workers who were assassinated in Bengal.
