As per sources, all the ministers of the cabinet, including MLAs and MLCs were asked to be present during the meeting.
Soon after Telangana government dissolved assembly, Governor ESL Narasimhan asked K C Rao to continue as caretaker CM.
The CM is likely to address the media post cabinet meeting.
BJP says 'ready for re-election':
Reacting on the decision of the Telangana government, former ally Bharatiya Janta Party leader G. V. L. Narasimha Rao in an exclusive conversation with ABP News said that TRS government is afraid of Modi governnment and the big decision came as an aftermath of the same. He also asserted that the "party is ready for re-election at any moment".
Telangana Congress lashes out at government:
Taking on KCR, Congress Chief N Uttam Kumar Reddy alleged that KCR has cheated the people through 'fake and tall' promises and all sections of the society were disappointed with the performance of TRS Government.
"Fearing that he could be questioned by the people on streets for the failure of his government to deliver on promises, KCR is preparing for early polls although his party was given a mandate for five years," Reddy claimed, according to the release.
He directed the party workers to check their names in the electoral rolls and also asked them to cross check whether or not the names of their family members, relatives and neighbours exist in the voters' list.
