Tejashwi Yadav Wedding: Former Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav's younger son and leader of opposition in Bihar Tejashwi Yadav has tied the knot. Apart from family members, Tejashwi's wedding was attended by a handful of politicians. Tejashwi Yadav got married to his old friend Rachel in a very private and secretive affair. The wedding took place at the farmhouse of Lalu Prasad Yadav's daughter Misa Bharti that is located in Sainik Farms in Delhi. The wedding ceremony was carried out based on Hindu customs.

Jharkhand Agriculture Minister Badal Patralekh has congratulated Tejashwi Yadav on tying the knot. Badal Patralekh tweeted, "I convey my best wishes to the opposition leader of the Bihar Assembly, @yadavtejashwi ji, and pray for their happy married life. May God always keep you both happy.'

A Small Guestlist With Handful Of Politicians


Top-notch security arrangements were made for all the events related to the wedding. Media was totally banned from covering this wedding. In addition, a two-layer security system was also put in place. Only close relatives and family members were allowed to enter the venue. A total of 50 people reportedly attended the wedding. Former UP Chief Minister and Samajwadi Party leader Akhilesh Yadav also attended the wedding as a VIP guest.
