Sachin Vaze has chest pain and two 90 percent blockages in his heart, the application stated adding that he has a history of cardiac ailment.

His advocate Raunak Naik said they have sought a consultation with a cardiologist to decide the course ahead for Vaze's medical treatment and the lawyer reportedly asked for him to be given immediate and best care.

The NIA court will look at Vaze’s medical reports when he is brought for hearing over his remand period which ends today.

Sachin Vaze has been in the NIA’s custody for 22 days being accused in the Antilia bomb scare case and also the Mansukh Hiren death case.

The Mansukh Hiren murder case recently got another twist because of the entry of a 'Mystery woman'. NIA detained a woman and according to sources, the agency believes that the woman was deeply involved with a man connected to the murder case.

A picture also surfaced raising more suspicion on Vaze. The picture shows Vinayak Shinde, the prime suspect of the Mansukh Hiren murder case with Sachin Vaze sitting inside an Audi car. According to sources, NIA believes that Mansukh Hiren's murder conspiracy was hatched in the same Audi.

The agency is expected to seek Sachin Vaze's custody for more time to continue the investigation.
