New Delhi: After a video of Shashi Tharoor leaning over from his seat in Lok Sabha to talk to NCP's Supriya Sule went viral, the Congress leader on Thursday revealed what the conversation was about in tweet.

The video is from Tuesday when former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah was delivering a speech in the Lok Sabha.

Reacting to the viral video, the Congress MP said that Sule was asking him a policy question and he leaned over to hear her as she was speaking softly so as not to disturb the debate.

"For all those who've been enjoying themselves at Supriya Sule's and my expense over our brief exchange in the Lok Sabha, she was asking me a policy question because she was about to speak next," Tharoor tweeted.

"She was speaking softly so as not to disturb Farooq Sahib, so I leaned over to hear her," the Thiruvananthapuram MP said.

In another tweet, he posted the lyrics of 'Kuch toh log kahenge, logon ka kaam hai kehna' -- a popular song from Rajesh Khanna-Sharmila Tagore starrer 'Amar Prem'. He also tagged Sule in the tweet.

The video clip is from a discussion that was held in Lok Sabha on Tuesday on 'Situation in Ukraine' and National Conference leader Farooq Abdullah was addressing the House.

The video has triggered an avalanche of memes on social media. Some have even superimposed movie songs to the video. One user added the chartbuster track Srivalli from movie Pushpa to the video.

"Shashi Tharoor teaching us that work life balance is important," another user said.
