"People have blessed us. We should get a comfortable majority in Rajasthan," he added. When asked about who will be the chief minister, Pilot said Congress chief Rahul Gandhi and party's MLAs will decide on it. Asserting that it is a decisive day today, Pilot recalled that exactly a year ago Gandhi became the chief of the party.
"What could be a better gift to Rahul Gandhi than victory in these states," Pilot said.
In the state, nearly 20,000 government staff were deployed for counting of votes for the Rajasthan Assembly elections where counting will start at 8 am. In 2013 assembly election, BJP had won 163 seats, Congress 21, BSP 3, NPP 4 and independents and others 9 seats.
