New Delhi: Amid intensified political buzz, Shiv Sena Chief Uddhav Thackeray is set to visit the disputed Ayodhya, carrying soil from Shivneri fort, the birthplace of Chhatrapati Shivaji; which he is set to visit on Thursday.  Thackeray had announced during the Shiv Sena's Vijayadashmi rally in Mumbai that he will visit Ayodhya on 24 November and "question" Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the issue of the construction of the Ram temple.


"Thackeray will carry the soil from Shivneri fort with him in an urn to Ayodhya as Chhatrapati Shivaji's blessings and also because the issue of Ram temple is very close to his heart" Thackeray’s close aide said.

In a bid to intensify his party's campaign for the Ram temple in Ayodhya, Thackeray has given a new slogan- 'Pehle mandir, fir sarkaar' (first the temple, then the government).

Real estate giant donates 1cr for ‘Ram’:

As the debate over building Ram temple in Ayodhya has intensified, real estate giant from Pratapgarh city of Uttar Pradesh has donated Rs 1crore for building of lord Ram Temple. Siyaram, who was earlier associated with RSS gave a framed cheque to VHP.

VHP saints to meet:

The saints belonging to VHP are set to hold a ‘Dharma sabha’ in Ayodhya, where they are likely to discuss the future of Ram temple.
