Khan was arrested by the Delhi ACB in September 2022.
Sanjay Singh was arrested on Wednesday (October 4) by the Enforcement Directorate in connection with a money laundering case linked with the Delhi liquor policy. On Thursday, AAP MP Sanjay Singh was remanded till October 10 in the Delhi liquor policy case by the Rouse Avenue court. The ED had sought 10 days' custody of Sanjay Singh. The central agency conducted a raid on his premises on Wednesday and the party maintained that the action was taken because of Singh's questions on the Adani issue. The party has also challenged the Centre to publish any evidence against its leader.
