PM Modi at Kedarnath: PM Narendra Modi reached Kedarnath Dham on Friday where he inaugurated projects worth Rs 130 crore. The PM also addressed the people during the meeting. He said, "All of you are witnesses to the inauguration of Adi Shankaracharya's samadhi. His devotees are present here with enthusiasm. All the maths (monasteries) and jyotirlingas of the country are associated with us today. PM Modi said that as soon as I visit Kedarnath, I connect to it instantly. He said the view of Adi Shankaracharya's statue was amazing. Sitting in front of that samadhi is a divine feeling. Let us tell you the big things about PM Modi's address.

1. PM Modi said, today, all the maths (monasteries), 12 Jyotirlingas, many Shivalayas, Shakti Dhams, distinguished great men of the country on many pilgrimage areas, all senior rishis, wise men, and many devotees associated with the Pujya Shankaracharya tradition are also blessing us with this holy land of Kedarnath from all corners of the country.

2. The PM said, "In our Upanishads, Adi Shankaracharya ji's works have the term 'Neti Neti' used at many places, which gives the description of an emotional world. Even when we look at Ramcharit Manas, it conveys the same emotion in a different way. Ramcharit Manas says, 'Abigat akath apar, neti-neti nit nigam kaha'. That is, some experiences are so sublime, so infinite that they cannot be expressed by words. This is how I feel when I come to Baba Kedarnath's shelter.

3. PM Modi said, The damage that took place here years ago was unimaginable. Those who used to come here wondered if this Kedar Dham would rise again. But my inner voice said that it would stand more gracefully and stronger than ever before. This combination of modernity with eternal on this old land, these works of development are the result of the divine grace of Lord Shiva.

4. PM Modi further said I used to constantly take stock of development works in Kedarnath from my office in Delhi.  Through the drone footage, I reviewed the development works.

5. PM Modi said, the meaning of Shankar in Sanskrit is "Shan Karoti Sah shankaraha": That is, whoever does welfare is Shankar.
This meaning was also directly certified by Acharya Shankar. As extraordinary as his entire life was, he was dedicated to the welfare of ordinary people.

6. There was a time when spirituality was seen only by connecting religion with tradition But, Indian philosophy talks of human welfare, sees life with perfection, in the overall perspective. Adi Shankaracharya worked to familiarise the society with this truth.

7. He said, the work of the Chardham road project is progressing at a rapid pace. In the future, the process of bringing devotees here to Kedarnath ji by cable car has also started. There is also the holy Hemkund Sahib ji nearby. To make the worship of Hemkund Sahib ji easier preparations are on to build a ropeway there.

8. Pm Modi said, while Kashi is being given a makeover in UP, Mathura-Vrindavan is also focusing on development works. The construction of the Delhi-Dehradun Expressway will make travel easier for passengers. Uttarakhand's economy is set to change in the upcoming years. PM Modi said a plan to stop migration in Uttarakhand is being devised. Now the water of the mountains and the youth of the mountains will be useful to the mountain dwellers. This decade belongs to young people.

9. PM Modi also said, Just two days ago, the whole world witnessed a grand festival of Deepotsav in Ayodhya. Today, the grand temple of Lord Shriram in Ayodhya is being built with full pride, Ayodhya is getting its glory back. Today we can imagine what the ancient cultural backdrop of India must have been like. Now as the country sets big goals for itself, sets tough deadlines for itself, while many people say how all this will be done in such a short time! Will it be done or won't it!  Then I say that it is no longer acceptable to India to be afraid of being confined within the ambit of time.
