New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday laid the foundation stones for various projects of the Shrimad Rajchandra Mission at Dharampur in Gujarat's Valsad district via video conferencing. PM Modi during the event said, "it is important to educate women to transform society for the better. Women have been an integral part of even the Indian freedom struggle. Nari Shakti will come forth as Rashtra Shakti during the Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav."
PM Modi inaugurated the Shrimad Rajchandra Hospital in Dharampur through video conference, the project cost of which is about Rs 200 crore.

"The healthcare policies in the country are ensuring healthcare service delivery to the remotest parts of the country. Through a One-Health policy, the country is focused on the health & well-being of animals as well as humans," PM said.
PM also urged people to take booster doses of anti-COVID-19 vaccines.
"I urge all people to take booster dose of anti-COVID-19 vaccines," said PM Modi after virtually inaugurating the hospital.
Shrimad Rajchandra Hospital is a 250 bedded multispecialty hospital with state-of-the-art medical infrastructure, which aims to provide world-class medical facilities, especially to the people of the South Gujarat region.
