NEW DELHI: Petrol prices fell around 6 paise while the price of own around 12 paise from the levels in Delhi Wednesday.


The largest fuel retailer in the country, Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) updated the price on the official website.

As per reports, the fuel prices in other metro cities were the same as the last three days.

Petrol Prices of One Litre

Delhi for  Rs. 76.78

Kolkata for Rs. 79.51,

Mumbai for Rs. 84.22,

Chennai for Rs. 79.76.

Diesel Prices of One Litre

Delhi for Rs 68.35

Kolkata for Rs. 70.94

Mumbai for Rs. 72.56

Chennai for Rs.72.19.

Daily revision in petrol and diesel prices was introduced in mid-June last year. The government junked a 15-year old practice of revising rates every fortnight and introduced daily revisions.
