What Happened Inside Court

During the proceedings, Neelam Azad's lawyer said there was no need for police custody to investigate social media data. Police said that some passwords are being disclosed and there was a need for caution to confront the data.

On behalf of the accused, the lawyer said that the police should tell the court about the details of the password about which the police are accusing them of not giving information.

Police say that there are many facts which the accused have tried to hide, that is why the police have applied in court for the polygraph test. This application is also to be heard today.

An FIR was registered in Delhi Police in this matter under UAPA and then the police got the remand of the accused for five days, then for seven days and then for 15 days.
