The sources also reveal that Prashant Kishore, who has recently joined JDU would hold talks with BJP on behalf of Nitish’s party on seat sharing.
As per sources, an assurance was made from BJP’s end that it would keep JD(U) happy over their seat share in the general polls and Paswan would stay with the two.
The decision on number of seats to LJP has however been left on BJP.
After the meeting, Amit Shah didn’t himself come out to see off Nitish Kumar and instead sent Bhupendra Yadav for the same.
The current seat ration between JD(U) and BJP in Lok Sabha is 1:11; which means is BJP has 11 MPs, then JDU has 1 against it.
