New Delhi: People may face difficulties in buying alcohol and beer in New Delhi, the capital city, from October 1. Private liquor shops will be closed from October 1 under the state government's new excise policy. The process to implement this policy has already started. After the government's decision, private liquor shops are no longer restocking liquor. The remaining stock is also running out faster now.
