Madhya Pardesh: At the time when distressed farmers are leaving stone unturned to make the Government hear their ordeals and pleas, by launching protests and some claiming their lives; MP’s ‘indifferent’ Minister Gopal Bhargav is selling movie tickets of Salman Khan’s new release, Tubelight. Bhargav is a Panchayati Raj Minister in Madhya Pradesh Government, who was elected for looking at farmers’ issues and finding a solution to them. But, not caring enough for his duty, the ‘neta’ was selling tickets in Sagar District’s Garhakota. As the minister was selling tickets, his followers were seen taking his pictures and serving him beverages. As per Bhargav, he has been selling tickets since 1978. Where on one hand Bhargav was busy with ticket selling ‘business’, dead bodies of two farmers who committed suicide were being carried for a cremation. The minister didn’t even feel the need of visiting and supporting the families of the deceased. The toll of farmers committing suicide in Madhya Pradesh has reached 22. On Friday, a farmer named Raghuveer Yadav killed himself after not being able to support his family well because of loaded with a loan of Rs 12 lakh. Raghuveer took his life by consuming poison in his own fields. On the other hand, the Government is claiming that the farmers are taking their lives for different reasons.
