NEW DELHI: Rains lashed several parts of the national capital and the NCR region on Wednesday and the weather took a pleasant turn.



The mercury level that had come down significantly on Tuesday itself, declined furthermore today.

Earlier, India Meteorological (MeT) Department forecasted a cloudy sky for Wednesday morning with a possibility of light rains in a few areas towards the evening.

The maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to be around 37 and 25 degrees Celsius.
