Prime Minister Narendra Modi turned 74 on Tuesday (September 17), with leaders across party lines wishing him on his birthday. In his birthday greeting, Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge wishes good health and a long life to the Prime Minister.
“Best wishes to Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi Ji on his birthday. May he be blessed with good health and long life," Kharge wrote on X.
Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) supremo Arvind Kejriwal also extended birthday wishes to Prime Minister Modi "Heartiest wishes to honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji on his birthday. I wish you a long and healthy life," Kejriwal said in a post on X in Hindi.
Former Bihar deputy Chief Minister and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav also wished the PM Modi on his birthday. Taking to X, he wrote in Hindi, "Heartiest wishes to respected Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji on his birthday. I wish you a healthy, successful and long life."
Jharkhand Chief Minister and JMM (Jharkhand Mukti Morcha) leader Hemant Soren said, "Heartiest congratulations, best wishes and johar to the honourable Prime Minister of the country, respected Shri Narendra Modi ji on his birthday. I wish that Marang Buru may always provide you with good health and long life."
Tamil Nadu CM and Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) chief MK Stalin, also extended his wishes ."Warmest birthday wishes to Hon’ble Prime Minister Thiru Narendra Modi. Wishing you a long life with enduring health in the years ahead.," he wrote on X.
Greeting Narendra Modi on his 74th birthday, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar said the prime minister has firmly set the country on a trajectory towards a developed India by 2047. In a post on X, the vice president said Modi, in governance for over two decades, and as prime minister for over a decade, has aroused the soul of Bharat, stimulated its cultural values, and nurtured its civilisational ethos.
He said the prime minister has firmly set the country on an unprecedented developmental trajectory. "With new insights and resolute will, may you continue to lead Bharat for many years to come! Pray almighty to give you the strength and be blessed with good health," Dhankhar wrote.
