New Delhi: A 29-year-old-man had to pay a price of misbehaving with a flight attendant in Damam-Mumbai flight.
The accused Muhammad Abubakar, who belongs to Gujarat, attempted to forcefully hold the flight attendant in a Jet Airways flight while forcing her to take a selfie with him on board.
According to the air hostess, she was walking in the aisle when the passenger Abubakar caught her hand and pushed her to take a selfie with him saying “chalo selfie lete hain” (come on, let’s take a selfie).Despite repeated objections, Abubakar misbehaved with her and crossed the line when he forcefully grabbed the shoulder of the attendant and forcefully took a selfie.
On seeing the struggling crew member while dealing with the accused, other crew members came to confront the passenger. This worried the ‘guilty’ Abubakar who then rushed to the loo and locked himself and lit a cigarette.
A case was then lodged against the passenger and he was immediately arrested. An investigation is underway to check how he managed to get the lighter in the plane.
