A report in www.mid-day.com says, the victim and the accused had boarded a 6:15am flight from Bangalore and it reached Mumbai around 7.45am. According to police, the incident happened when the man Sabeen Hamza started touching his co-passenger inappropriately, while she was asleep. The woman suddenly woke up and saw that he was masturbating.
The crew in the airline when informed noticed that Hamza was trying to zip his pants.

A similar incident took place earlier this month on an Indigo flight from Hyderabad to Delhi.
News agency PTI reported the 44-year-old woman filed a police complaint against the Rohini resident.
In her complaint, she had said she allegedly saw the man, who was seated next to her in the flight, unzipping his pants and masturbating.
She brought it to the notice of the flight attendants who then allotted her another seat, police said.
After the aircraft landed, the man was arrested.
