On request from Lok Sabha Secretariat, MHA has ordered an Enquiry of parliament security breach incident. An Enquiry Committee has been set up under Shri Anish Dayal Singh, DG, CRPF, with members from other security agencies and experts, Spokesperson, Ministry of Home Affairs said.
“The nation wants to know how did these intruders get in? How did they smuggle spray cans where even a pen isn't allowed? What action is the government taking against the MP who allegedly signed on their visitor passes? Will he be expelled,” AAP MP Raghav Chadha poses questions on Parliament security breach.
"The incident that happened at Parliament today is highly condemnable. The news published in the media in the name of United Kisan Morcha is completely baseless. SKM or BKU has nothing to do with it," BKU national spokesperson Rakesh Tikait tweeted.
The Police team reaches the house in Gurugram where the accused in the Parliament security breach case allegedly stayed briefly before the incident.
"The investigation is underway. We are collecting evidence, and we will share the information with Delhi Police,” Gurugram ACP (Crime) Varun Dahiya on the arrest of four suspects in connection with the Parliament security breach.
According to reports, one of the accused, Sagar was in the friends list in Amol's Instagram account. During investigation, it has been revealed that all the accused were connected with each other through social media. All 6 accused knew each other for four years. They hatched the plan few days back and did recce, ANI quoted police sources as saying.
All 6 accused wanted to go inside building, only 2 managed to get visitor passes, police sources told PTI.
Security agencies trying to find if 6 accused were instructed by anyone or organisation to breach Parliament security, police sources told PTI.
Visuals from a housing board colony in Gurugram's Sector 7, where the four accused reportedly stayed, surfaced on Wednesday, PTI reported.

Police suspect involvement of six people in Parliament security breach. Four have been arrested, search on for two others, PTI quoted official sources as saying. "No mobile phone recovered from arrested people, interrogation underway. All six suspects stayed in house in Gurugram and knew each other," police sources said.
"The unprecedented security breach in the parliament poses a dangerous threat to our august temple of democracy. Swift action must be taken without delay. I appeal for launching a prompt investigation, fixing accountability, and implementing measures to prevent future lapses, ensuring the protection of this vital institution with all the might at our command," Tamin Nadu CM Stalin tweeted.
A delegation of Opposition leaders will meet the President on the issue of breach in the security of Parliament. Regarding this, there will be a meeting of the leaders of INDIA alliance in the Parliament at 10 am tomorrow and time will be sought from the President. Opposition parties will demand Home Minister Amit Shah's statement in both houses tomorrow, ANI quoted its sources as saying.
"They should call and ask the MPs who caught them and are eyewitnesses...The government is trying to brush this breach, this gross negligence under the carpet...It was proved today that there are no security preparations. By God's grace, nothing happened to anyone...They should question the BJP MP on whose passes they came in. He is the first link and the government is not working on the first link," Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi told ANI.
"What happened in the Lok Sabha is a massive dent into security. Today, it was a colour spray and tomorrow it can be any chemical. How the two of them came in and jumped down is a big dent in security and a very serious matter. We stand with the government but they should take the House into confidence and share details. This is what we asked for in the House," Congress MP Ranjeet Ranjan told ANI.
“An all-party meeting was held where we expressed our concerns and made suggestions. The vacant security posts were not filled while constructing the new Parliament building. Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla said a high-level investigation will be conducted. We have told the Speaker that there should be no restriction on our meetings with the media due to this incident,” Congress MP Ashir Ranjan Chowdhury said.
“A BJP MP has jeopardized the security of Parliament, putting national security at risk. Mahua Moitra was recently expelled for allegedly breaching national security. Today, two intruders entered Lok Sabha's chamber by jumping from the gallery—an alarming security lapse in the New Parliament. Almost any mishap could have occurred because BJP MP Pratap Simha allowed them entry with a pass. Immediate action is demanded against this appalling act,” TMC MP Saket Gokhale said.
Lok Sabha adjourned. Speaker Om Birla convened an all-party meet on security breach, PTI reported.
"This is a cause of concern. The members of INDIA bloc staged a walkout from Rajya Sabha today because no clarification has been issued on this incident yet," JMM Rajya Sabha MP Mahua Maji told PTI.
Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla lauded the MPs, staff for pinning down men who jumped into House chamber, PTI reported.
Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla said, "The incident that happened today is a topic of concern for all of us and is serious as well...A high-level investigation is being done and accordingly action will be taken. A comprehensive review will be done regarding the security in the House...House is adjourned till 11:00 am tomorrow"
"The security lapse should be accepted (by the government) and instead of taking any extreme step, like barring all the visitors or journalists, step up the security arrangements," RJD MP Manoj Jha told PTI.
Neelam, one of the two people detained outside Parliament with coloured smoke canisters, is a resident of Ghasso village in Haryana's Jind. Another person identified as Anmol has been detained. Both have refused their association with any organisation, police said. Delhi Police is forming special team for probe.

Lok Sabha Security Breach Live: Delhi Police Commissioner Sanjay Arora has arrived in Parliament to take stock of the situation.
Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Priyanka Chaturvedi said she had raised the issue of Sikh separatist leader Gurpatwant Singh Pannun's threat to attack Parliament on Tuesday but it was ignored."Yesterday, I had raised the issue of Gurpatwant Singh Pannun's threat to attack the Parliament, but the issue was ignored. This is a massive security breach," she told PTI. Earlier this month, pro-Khalistan separatist Pannun had released a video where he threatened to attack Parliament on or before December 13 in response to "India's foiled assassination" bid on him.
Speaking on the security breach, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla said a thorough investigation of the incident was being done. "However, the smoke, which was the reason of our worry, it has been found in preliminary investigation that it's not a matter of concern," Birla said. The Speaker further said both of the suspects have been held and all their belongings seized. "The two suspects, who were outside, have also been arrested," Birla said.
The persons who opened gas cannisters inside Lok Sabha were overpowered by Mumbai North East MP Manoj Kotak and Congress MP Gurjeet Singh Aujla after which the security personnel took them away. "He had something in his hand which was emitting yellow-coloured smoke. I snatched it away...This is a major security breach," Aujla told PTI.
The security breach comes on the 22nd anniversary of the 2001 Parliament attack in which eight security personnel and one staffer were killed after five terrorists of Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed entered the Parliament complex and opened indiscriminate fire. Narrating the incident, Congress MP Karti Chidambaram called it a serious breach of security especially on December 13, the day when Parliament was attacked 22 years ago. "Suddenly two young men around 20 years old jumped into the House from the visitor's gallery and had canisters in their hand. These canisters were emitting yellow smoke. One of them was attempting to run towards the Speaker's chair. They were shouting some slogans. The smoke could have been poisonous," Chidambaram told ANI.
The anti-terror unit of the Delhi Police has arrived at Parliament to question the people who caused the security breach at Lok Sabha. Meanwhile, the two people who were protesting outside Parliament premises using colour smoke canisters have been brought to Parliament Street Police Station.
So far, no statement has been received from the government. Delhi Police sources told ANI that the incident is being verified. "Initial questioning related to security breach and who gave access is being carried out. Multi-agency questioning also likely," Delhi Police said.
Outside the Parliament complex, two people, including a women, fired some colour bombs while holding a demonstration. They were detained by police. However, it is yet to be ascertained if both the incidents are related or isolated in nature. So far, no official communication has been sent out by Delhi Police.
A video that went viral on social media showed a person jumping into the LS chamber from the gallery and leaping over the benches to avoid being caught. Lok Sabha has been adjourned.

They were caught by MPs and were brought out by security personnel. This is certainly a security breach because today we observed the death anniversary of people who sacrificed their lives in 2001 (Parliament attack)."
