NEW DELHI: After Modi led governments victory in the Lok Sabha on the no-confidence motion against the BJP-led NDA government on Friday, the Shiv Sena reacted by saying that PM Modi won the but Rahul Gandhi won hearts. Shiv Sena further said that Gandhi's ''Jaddu ki Jahapi" to Prime Minister Narendra Modi "was not just a hug but a jolt". Party leader Sanjay Raut said that everybody saw Rahul's new avatar and he should be appreciated for it. The party compared Rahul Gandhi to Croatia and Narendra Modi to France. Few hours before the no-confidence motion in the Parliament, in an exclusive interview to ABP News, Shiv Sena announced that it will not be taking part in the voting process of the no-confidence motion. A total of 325 MPs opposed while 126 MPs supported the no-trust motion moved by the TDP, a former BJP ally, during the division after a marathon 12-hour debate. A total of 451 MPs were present and voted in the House and the majority mark required in a House with an effective strength of 534 MPs came down to 226.
