New Delhi: The Mathura Civil court today will hear pleas in connection with the matter related to the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi case. Court of Civil Judge Senior Division Jyoti Singh will hear the two petitions filed in this case. One of the petitions demanded removal of Shahi Idgah from the disputed place and handover the entire land to the Hindus, reported ABP News.
The second petition has demanded that the Court order protection of evidence of the temple present in Shahi Idgah mosque.
More than ten petitions have been filed so far in the Mathura Civil Court in connection with the matter. Hearing on seven of these petitions will take place on July 15. In the petition filed by Mahendra Pratap Singh, president of an organisation Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Mukti Nyas, there has been a demand to hand over the entire 13.37 acres of land to the Hindus.
In this petition, there has been a demand to remove the mosque from the disputed place. The petitioner's lawyer can demand from the court today that it should appoint a court commissioner for the survey of the disputed place. Under the supervision of the court commissioner, the land of the Shahi Idgah should be excavated and fideography of the entire process should also be done, the report stated.
The second petition which is to be heard today, filed by Manish Yadav, president of Narayani Sena, has said that 2.65 acres of the mosque's land belongs to Lord Krishnaand should be vacated.
Yadav's petition also demanded continuous monitoring of the place by district administration raising an apprehension that an attempt may be made to manipulate the evidence of the temple present in the mosque.
