Jammu: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) today conducted raids at more than 15 places in Srinagar, Sopore, and Anantnag in Jammu and Kashmir. The raid was carried out on terrorist activities and included the case of the terrorist magazine 'Voice of Hind'.


Raids on hideouts of suspected accused.


According to NIA sources, the raids were conducted at the hideouts of suspected accused in Srinagar, Sopore, and Anantnag this morning. Several electronic devices and documents have been recovered so far during the raid. At the same time, some suspects are being questioned who may be arrested later based on facts.


A senior NIA official said that the electronic magazine 'Voice of Hind' is being circulated with information about terrorist activities at the behest of the ISIS masters, a banned terror group. Through this magazine, the youth of India are being misled and involved in terrorist activities.


Why did the magazine get raided?


During the recent raids conducted by the NIA in Jammu and Kashmir, many people associated with the magazine were exposed. It was found that the important work of the magazine was being carried out from Jammu and Kashmir at the behest of ISIS officials.


The NIA had also recovered an IED from those arrested in the case. According to NIA sources, the raids were also conducted on people associated with the alleged terrorist outfit TRF. Sources said the raid is likely to continue till late evening and some people may be arrested in the case soon. The raids are continuing.
